Practising Yoga for over 30 years I draw on my own healing experiences from learning how to breathe efficiently and to move functionally. 21 years experience as a qualified Yoga Teacher, Meditation + Breath Therapy Coach, plus 10 years Training Yoga Teachers. Recognised by GPs, chiropractors + physiotherapists as an expert in educating and rehabilitating students in movement, core + breath.
