Hi, I’m Nic

For me Yoga is more than postures, it's everyday life practicing simple tools + self awareness so we transform + thrive. Healing occurs organically + comes from within, we don’t need to look outside of ourselves we have all that we need within us. Cultivating peace + awareness internally so we make conscious choices, create a healthy + purposeful life, with an inner sense of trust + strength to move through whatever challenges we may be faced with.

My 20 years of teachings are recognised by physiotherapists, chiropractors + exercise physiologists as having an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, conditions, special needs + injury rehabilitation. It's not just Yoga poses, I aim to provide an education for my students in their bodies + their breath, so we remember our innate ability to heal ourselves.

On 15th January 2024 I am really excited about the new space of Mindful Menopause Community -I share weekly lives/personal chats drawing from my own experiences, case studies of students + friends, recommended reads, podcasts and research material. Plus classes + interviews with healthcare experts exploring the variety of tools we have to move through with awareness, but most of all Grace + Acceptance.

Mindful Menopause Community ~ it’s FREE

The idea behind this community space is to expose to anyone interested an open conversation about menopause and the valuable resources of information that can support the process, the changes are vast from physical, emotional, mental even spiritual. I believe there is no need to flounder aimlessly through, nor suffer symptoms, alone nor in silence. I am creating this space for seekers of information + connection with others within a loving environment so as to move through menopause mindfully and supported. I am creating this space for sharers who love to see others thrive.

Includes weekly lives/personal chats drawing from my own experiences, case studies of students + friends, recommended reads, podcasts and research material. Members can post questions, insights and chat to one another within this private space.  Until 15th March members also have FREE unlimited access to interviews with healthcare experts + live classes/recordings ~ specialised practices of breathwork, meditation and strength based movement to support mindfully managing peri + menopausal symptoms ~ thereafter can only be accessed by Breathe + Move with Me membership
