In a private session with me (in-person or online) you can explore your individual needs and receive guidance for any postural habits, injuries or conditions. Learn how to practice Yoga safely and wisely. Yoga is a personal practice and discovering how you need Yoga makes all the difference. Whether you’re a beginner learning the foundations, how to activate your core, a seasoned Yogi wanting to deepen your practice, or want to learn meditation or how to breath efficiently, or rehabilitation from injury ~ I can work with you one-to-one to find your Yoga.

Private One-to-one Yoga + Yoga Therapy Sessions

Ideal if you are a beginner, wanting to begin a home practice or seeking more depth in your Yoga. My sessions can be either a rehabilitative, restorative or strengthening focus. If you find group classes too challenging or you have a condition that requires more modifications in a general class it is highly beneficial to have a private consult. I specialise in programs for conditions and rehabilitation (such as pregnancy, Osteoporosis, MS, Arthritis, Scoliosis, acute lower back conditions, pelvic floor & core strengthening, pelvic alignment/Sacro-iliac Dysfunction, knees, hips, shoulders, wrists, prenatal, high blood pressure, anxiety, depression and asthma) You have the option to continue after your session with access for 8 weeks to a personalised practice on an App for you to do at home. $130/ 1hr30min initial session. Additional personalised at-home program $80, on App access for 8 weeks

$95/ 1hr follow-up or regular weekly session

Meditation + Breath Therapy Coaching

Correct breathing is associated with reducing anxiety, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure, asthma and digestive issues.  It is also known to improve core stability, spinal and pelvis support.  Beneficial for those wanting to start a meditation practice or move deeper into and explore your practice.  The benefits of a meditation practice along with efficient day to day breathing is limitless, including improves will power, mindset and concentration also pain management with acute conditions. I work with a variety of Yogic practices in Pranayama (breathing techniques), Kriya Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mantra and Mudra.
