No time for Yoga? Perhaps these 5-15min practices will ease your flow

If your answer is yes you do have time for your Yoga, then you have managed to master what the rest of us wish for each year. It's a challenging time of year to keep up our routines and self-care. There’s a swirl of energy building towards one big day, or many of them.... and more afterwards! Spending time with friends and family, indulging in a little more food and beverages than the norm, thinking of each and every special soul in our lives to gift or contact, not to mention the finales of year end with work place, activites and events. There's a buzz everywhere and more humans and cars than usual!

Perhaps you've experienced those post-Yoga feels of being so very calm, present and aware, so maybe you already know how powerful it can be in creating our daily experiences to follow. Yoga literally means ‘union’, your practice doesn’t have to be long or a complete practice it's simply time to connect. The last few days I have made habit of sitting and breathing for 10mins and my days to follow have been magic. You’ll feel as though time has slowed, your mind is clear to make decisions, your heart is open to have quality connections at social gatherings.

Gift yourself just 5 to 15mins each day in the lead up to Xmas. Try these shorter sessions below - there's one to suit all purposes....regrounding after frenzied shops, lift your mood for socialising, ease digestion, even a whole body stretch at the kitchen bench! Last classes for 2020 at Port Hacking Tennis Club tomorrow - book here. We're only online for January so you can Yoga from anywhere you like on your break. My regular class timetable commences 1st February.
