Mel from Detox Delivered is returning to the beautiful hinterland township of Newrybar for our Byron Detox Yoga Retreat at the stunning Blue Green Sanctuary for a six day / five night healing and wellness journey and I’m teaching the Yoga, Meditation and supporting all the activities - we’d love you to join us.

Our days will be spent practising yoga, meditation, breathwork, ocean sunrise swimming, hiking to a waterfall and the lighthouse, participating in workshops and health talks, enjoying a massage, listening to a sound healing, and of course relaxing at one of the three onsite swimming pools. The retreat will feature a delicious plant based menu, and will incorporate a 3 day juice fast starting on Day 2. We have an in-house chef for the duration of the Retreat, plus an Ayuvedic chef coming to feed us a delicious vegan dinner. We will also have a range of holistic body and facial treatment offerings available, and all guests will receive a complimentary 45 min massage included in the room price - see options below.
