Surprising symptoms of Menopause like losing confidence, anxiousness, frozen shoulder!??!

There are definitely some Surprising + Sneaky symptoms that have come up in my experience, so many of the symptoms in my Mindful Menopause blog have come up for me (and for many of you whom have filled in the Quiz almost every response ticked 80% of the symptoms listed!) However, I DID NOT SEE the 'loss of confidence' coming, it has taken me by surprise, along with a few others like brain fog, anxiousness, UTI's, elbow tendonitis, electric pulses, bowel movements!

Now I have had a number of conversations with dearest friends and clients who have found this loss of confidence a sneaky symptom also.  Did you know 1 in 4 women will change their job or reduce working hours or stop driving during their menopause experience? As I mention in the LIVE Chat above, I'm getting a lot of insight from listening to audible Perimenopause Power by Maisie Hill, and the podcast on The Surprising Truth about Menopause with Dr Lisa Mosconi  ~ I love the information and they have each given me so much more confidence in having the patience to go with this 're-wiring of the brain' that is going on because not only is our body phenomenal in reprogramming itself to support the hormone production in a different way after the ovaries swap shifts (which is very much reliant on our self care of food, nourishment, less stress and support) to enable it happening, but its also our mindset and beliefs.

At the very end I share with you my 5 x Meno-hacks that I am finding invaluable in committing to, also referring to my other live chats ~ My 5 x Non-Negotiable Habits for a Smoother ride, Happy Bum + Happy Me (yup talking coffee enemas I never thought I'd be up for!) and My Mindful Mind vs My Perimenopausal Mind
