I AM ... ever noticed how you use these words? (free meditation inside)
Often I catch myself feeding my Soul negative and disempowering words in completing this sentence. Most of us do from time to time, it can be unconscious. These two little words might only be three letters in length, but they have the tremendous capacity and almighty strength to sculpt every aspect of our lives, right down to the most minute and insignificant detail. 'I AM' is an affirmation every time you say it every cell in your body believes it.
Whatever we choose to pair it with is a statement (to the Universe or God) declaring who you are and how you are choosing to define yourself. You are branding yourself, offering a vibration and stamping a pattern to be repeated as a theme.
Spending time each day intentionally focussing on what you are completing this sentence with will help to rewire old patterns. The magic that will unfold in your life as the result of claiming new I AM statements is a game changer. You’ll also start to notice that you become more careful with the words you choose to use when you’re conversing with others. In Yoga we use 'MANTRA' a Sanskrit sound or resonance repeated with intention to change our vibration and the energy quality we are linking our cells with. So Hum ('I AM THAT') is a simple yet so powerful mantra to meditate upon which can provide an immediate shift from fear to faith.
You will find in Inspya Me Online's Monthly Membership daily 5min So Hum Meditations also a transformative meditation 'Who Am I' discovering the labels we've become attached to that could well be shaping our every day choices and actions. My dear friend and Inspya Yogi Di Solomon and I produced the meditation below (Di composed the vocals and beautiful background music - it's all her!). It's our favourite Mantra - Aham Prema ('I AM LOVE'). CLICK HERE for free meditation. We hope you enjoy remembering this is who you are, with love from us. Be kind to yourself, you're fighting a lot of battles right now.
